Cannoli and Seven

This is a rough write, needing to post today before 6x20 'Black Hearts' tonight. A challenge from two other writers, it 'fixes' the porch scene again, but uses the cannoli in a different way this time. The seven? I'll explain that in the author's note. One-shot.
