Written for Day 4 of MarcoAce week. Unsettled by Shanks' warning, Whitebeard sends Marco to follow Ace, with orders to bring him home no matter what. Ace faces darkness already, but there are worse things than darkness waiting in plain sight and Ace learns that the world has plans of its own.
