Kiyoshi Ōtsutsuki a prodigy among prodigies, his clan anger, for betraying them in order to save earth. He absorbed the god tree and gain the power of the ten tails, a beast that had surpass the powers of Dragon Gods, Kiyoshi had declared war against his own people, he died in the process, but inflicted a massive toll. Today Kiyoshi has been reincarnated, on the planet he saved.
