Pokemon Labs, Inc. was on the cutting edge of pokemon development after the shadow pokemon crisis in Orre. Twenty years later, they have made big moves into several other regions. Now comfortably secure in Kanto, they have introduced artificially-developed pokemon into the pokemon trainer world. But their methods of development, shrouded in shadow, are beginning to show cracks.
