Summary
A Siren experiment or some other unknown phenomenon, whatever caused it is unknown. However, the KANSENs find themselves in a world not their own where they must find a way to survive while protecting the people from threats they do not understand. Now join a young US Navy Commander as he tries to guide them in his world. (CONCEPT ONLY FOR NOW.)
