Megan is an evil 11-year-old sister. Drake and Josh are teenagers who are the victims of Megan's pranks. Drake and Josh then trick Megan into being kidnapped by a seemingly sweet 11-year-old boy named Jess. When Megan gets in the seemingly sweet and innocent boy's car, will Jess show his true colors, or will Jess continue to be seemingly sweet towards Megan?
