Kagome has a heart and soul changing experience when she is needed to save a life which leads her destiny down a new path while trying to finish the old one. Life down the road becomes a harsh reality and Kagome does her best to make the most of it on her own until the need to defeat Naraku forces Kagome to leave her son with a couple she befriended altering her life even further.
