The Uprising

(Part two- 100) What would happen if Panem's revolution never happened? This story follows Willow Mellark as she becomes the Mockingjay in place of Katniss and leads Panem in an uprising. She will do whatever it takes; 'If a revolution will put my parents and the citizens of Panem at peace, then I'll do anything to help that. Hell, I'll die for it.' (Only M for language btw :)
