Still reeling after the death of Sirius and frightened of his feelings for Tonks, Remus Lupin proposes a reckless scheme to gather intelligence by allowing himself to be captured by the Dark Forces. After the Order reluctantly agrees, Lupin finds himself in the charge of Lucius Malfoy. The two quickly realize that trusting each other may be the key to their mutual salvation.
