Summary
Dean is now 19 and is no longer eligible to be reaped for the Hunger Games. While that may sound good in theory that leaves him and Sammy without the yearly tesserae. Dean doesn't want to work in the mines for fear he would leave Sammy alone and John is off somewhere looking for some District Thirteen. What can the Winchesters possibly do?
