Summary
Dr. Mel Azuin has a reputation that precedes her of rehabilitating seemingly hopeless criminals. But it seems there's something just as wrong with her. As she and an incarcerated Dr. Crane speak in riddles, the Joker begins his wave of crime and the Batman slips deeper in to the dark, all to meet together in madness.
