Harry and the Dhampir

Mina Claire was a Dhampir, but she was also a witch. Being allowed into Hogwarts was something that caused a change inside of the world of Harry Potter when the two meet on the Hogwarts Express. Mina was ready to stand up for her new friend and help him through the problems that he was going to go through, someone had to be the voice of reason. Slight OOCness.
