Karol's Midnight Walk

This is my very first attempt at fan fiction, a friend challenged me to write about a character sneaking off into the night. While the rest of Brave Vesperia are resting at the inn, Karol muses on his place within the group. Interrupted from his thoughts by a strange sound in the alleyway outside, he ventures out in the rainy Dahngrest night to follow a mysterious figure.
