Luck of the Hobbit

Once, at the conclusion of every year, John turns back into his hobbit form for a week. Usually during this time he stays hidden, but this year he is living with Sherlock Holmes. He is hoping to be able to hide this change from Sherlock, but what happens when he discovers that Sherlock is also harboring a secret of his own that could jeopardize their friendship?
