Dr. Maximum Ride and Joseph Mandaiyar work at a research facility in New Mexico. Life is calm - until a group of mercenaries attacks the facility. Mandaiyar teams up with a group of allies, his colleague Dr. Ride, and his new employer, head of Fowl Industries Artemis Fowl Jr., and together the group seeks to find the truth behind the attack - however elusive that may be.
