The first season of the 1987 TMNT cartoon...as if it were an episode of "The Thick of It". Raphael, spin doctor for the goverment's DASFOOT department, faces his first true test as his family come to the rescue of a distressed reporter and find themselves under suspicion of a series of thefts.
