The year is 1774 in the American Colonies, and tensions are high between British soldiers and scheming patriots. It is in this atmosphere of hooded rebellion and obsession with control that the Quartering Act is passed, and British soldier Draco Malfoy is sent to observe the streets from the residence of a seemingly simple young shopkeeper - Ms. Hermione Granger.
