This story begins the night Leviathan struck Brockton Bay. The Endbringer attack took the lives of so many capes and effected the lives of nearly every citizen in the city. This story follows Ray "Flaco" Alcaraz, as he navigates his trigger and whether he toes or crosses the line between hero and villain as local criminals begin their takeover of his home town.
