25 years ago - a Detective Conan prequel

This story begins around 25 years ago. Megure is a newly graduated police officer of the Tokyo police, who has just passed his police interview. Japan has undergone a massive economic downturn – known to us today as the "Lost Decade". This story focuses more on older and dead characters, as detectives like Shinichi Kudo have not been born and his father still a minor.
