Summary
After 30 years with the NYPD, Captain Don Cragen retires. A successor is chosen for the 16th Precinct and you will not believe who it is. Have tissues handy as he makes an emotional exit. Olivia is now Sergeant of the squad, John was never promoted because he never took the Sergeants exam.
