Before Ventus lost his memory, he was a young Keyblade wielder who needed guidance. Xehanort will offer what Ventus needs, but only in exchange for something Ven is not willing to do. This is the backstory of Vanitas's birth. Not sexual or romantic at all. Titled after Regina Spektor and Jack Dishel's song Call Them Brothers.
