The price of betrayal is high, but the price of wrong presumptions might be higher, and no one is too mighty to fall. Ward and the team struggle with the consequences of their actions shortly after the fall of Centipede. Be warned that the narrative gets very dark at the beginning, and remember that redemption is possible for everyone, if they fight for it long enough.
