On the first day of summer, Rachel goes to Danville Park and begins making friends. Meanwhile, her pet chinchilla Ernie undergoes as a secret agent to stop teenage evil scientist Natalie Baxter, who plans to make herself more popular than anyone in the Tri-State Area.
