LEGACY of BATMAN (Final Edition)

It has been 27 years since the events of BATMAN RETURNS and Gotham is worse than it has ever been. Batman has not been spotted in 15 years and a fearsome new gang known as The Mutants have been terrorizing Gothamites. A villain claiming to be The Joker surfaces. The Joker has a unique connection to Batman and with rising threats everywhere, the city needs it's hero to return again.
