this was Inspired by this pot bunny: What if Arthur had a sister who was presumed to be a squib/unwanted for some other characteristic and sent to live with Muggles. He buried the memory of her, but that is what actually spawned his love of all things Muggle. Sister was a certain redhead named Lily
