Stuck Worlds

So I liked the hero swap. I thought about what happened if this was the price Oliver had to pay. Forcing them back to being each other's heroes. (Any help to create this new world would be awesome , I explained in the fanfic) Basically the world of cannon CW in the second reality jump in Elseworlds.
