Vicky has done the unthinkable. She has gotten away with assaulting Timmy. Timmy goes through a rocky torturous road to recovery and there's nothing Cosmo and Wanda can do to make things right but when the event comes back to harm Timmy in an sick and twisted way. Cosmo, not taking anymore, bands together with Anti-Cosmo to 'settle things' and it leads to violence and scandal.
