Alisa gets another opportunity to babysit her siblings and the Rugrats while Randy and Lucy go to a Dummi Bears summer rock concert. Meanwhile, Buster and his friend Sticky have some trickery up their sleeve's to exact revenge on Alisa for spoiling their fun last time.
