Naruto is banished after Hinata got hurt because of Sasuke trying to goad Naruto into fighting him. Now, 12 years later, Sasuke is still a Missing Nin and Naruto is happily married with 2 kids and now the Civilian Council wants Naruto to return to Konoha to take his Father's name and enact the CRA to bring the Namikaze and Uzumaki Clans back to Konoha
