Turning he took in the space he would inhabit for the next year. It was desolate and cold. A small cell with barred doors and no window confined him, with a small metallic frame with a worn out mattress and thin blankets made up his sleeping area. He already missed the smell of the woods and the clean earthen air that came with it.
