Summary
The team gets a call to investigate the murders of pretty, popular girls in small-town Georgia. The town is convinced the unsub is a strange young woman who was born as a miracle baby - a baby planned for and born to provide a lifesaving transplant for her sister. The BAU, however, is convinced that this young lady cannot be the unsub, and must find the real one.
