Lotus of the Rising Moon

You can only have one or the other, never both. But am I a selfish person if I want both? Perhaps, but I cannot help it. I cannot bear to betray those to whom Mother entrusted me, nor can I even think of turning my back to that person who is very dear to me. How did everything turn out so complicated, I wonder? Will I never cease to be hurt for caring?
