Steven is a poor young wizard during a time of great famine. His people, both mundane and magical, are starving and there are no animals to be found. What happens when he begins to work for the man that has brought this upon them? Can he save his world, or will he die trying to? With the help of a beautiful maiden in the sky, he might just do it.
