Correcting mistakes: Pikachu vs Blanka

Summary
At first I agreed with this outcome (although they COULD'VE done Pikachu a little more justice and less humiliation) but now that a friend greater explained Pikachu's abilities to me and analyzing it further, it seems wrong to let Blanka stay the victor. So this is how Pikachu vs. Blanka should've actually ended.
