Dr. Michael Stone of Columbia University has created a scale to measure the severity of evil acts. The more heinous the crime-and the more rational the criminal-the higher the killer is ranked on the scale. He has named it 'Échelle de Cruauté', or 'The Scale of Evil' - sequel to Folie a Deux (Hannibal/Will)
