Summary
Hot shot is a happy and playful five year old with a father, mother and brother, but soon he gets the scariest news in his life, he had cancer. At the hospital he meets four friends he will spark a lifetime friendship with, Wedge, Hoist, Whirl and Medix. Now the are battling cancer together and are determine to win their battle with the disease.
