Summary: After being defeat by Stitch, Lilo and friends, the original Leroy has stayed in prison while his clones have been reformed and left. The council and the Grand Councilwoman decides that Leroy will never change and is too dangerous to be release...yet. So they take away his abilities and send him off to a distant planet and there he finds a comrade and maybe something more.
