Hermione and Draco are at a remote coastal location, hoping to indulge in a nice vacation. However, fun doesn't come very easily to the two members of the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, and they must figure out how to get rid of a disturbing, unknown menace before they can relax.
