Sandy is a young mage studding healing magic and happens to run across Static a young mage studding necromancy. They two squirrels hit it off but quickly find their budding romance fall into havoc as their school controlled by the High Counsel is attacked by unknow foes. Not far away Sandy's brother Randy finds himself in a bind as a group of Templar's aim to hunt her down.
