Mirrors are queer things. They show us at our best moments, our most beautiful. They show us with our hearts on the line, with stinging red eyes and tear tracks carving a path down our cheeks. With dishevelled hair and lips that quiver. With fingers that grasp at the sink a bit too tight. At least, most of them do.
