On 3rd May 1998, an interim cabinet was sworn in under the leadership of Mr. Kingsley Shacklebolt, following the leadership vacuum caused due to the collapse of the Ministry of Magic under Mr. Tom Marvolo Riddle and Mr. Pius Thicknesse.
