The Killing Curse tries to destroy a soul within a body. What happens when Voldemort's soul fragment takes some of the damage from the Killing Curse cast on Halloween, 1981? (this completely goes against the canon that Lily's love shielded Harry, although the old goat will try to theorise that - I'm sorry, but honestly I'm more likely to believe in hippogriff dung)
