A Minor Acquaintance of the Boy who Lived

Peter Hanson is a young muggleborn boy who finds himself accepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. But unlike most self-insert OCs, Peter doesn't become best friends with Harry Potter and become a major element of the story, not at all! Peter hardly interacts with Harry Potter while having his own wacky adventures (though none of them involve saving the world).
