In the last tournament, Luigi used the Negative Zone as his Final Smash and it was utterly powerful. Everyobdy pretty much feared it in fact. This time, however, in preparation for the new and upcoming tournament, it seems that he's unable to use it at all. How come? And did Luigi really want to keep it in the first place?
