Summary
Shepard enlists the help of an alien unlike any other, and the Arbiter must determine if his vow to help defend Humanity extends to Humans in other galaxies. Meanwhile, a larger threat is brooding on the horizon, unflinching in its goal for galactic extermination. Set during ME2.
