1989

As Hermione is trying to find the diadem during the final battle her wand gets broken by Draco Malfoy while separated from her friends. In an attempt to get away she finds a timeturner among the hidden things and uses it to go back in time a few minutes to safety. When the timeturner gets broken mid travel, she ends up in 1989 with her best friends older brother instead.
