Summary
James didn't know how to love Lily anymore. He knew how to love Lily Evans when she carried freedom and grace. He didn't know who this person in front of him was. He didn't know how to love Lily when she carried grief and guilt, but he was willing to try. A burden of lost love and guilt were slowly crippling Lily. Being in love was easy, but fighting for it was another story.
