Darcy Dursley and the Oversight

Darcy Dursley spent fifteen years surrounded by magic. It transformed his father from a spoiled brat into to a halfway decent adult. It made his grandmother resentful and unusually uncomfortable. Aside from the occasional stress of being a muggle aware it existed, magic basically ignored Darcy—until the day of September 1, 2021. Then, it changed his life completely.
