The Phantom Thief Hero

Ren Amamiya was born quirkless in a world where that is no longer the norm. Holding his own sense of right and wrong, he befriends Izuku Midoriya who is also quirkless. But a chance encounter with a villain threatening to kill them awakens Ren to his persona, setting him down the path of becoming Joker, the Phantom Thief Hero.
