Harry has a skill. A dangerous skill. If the rituals are performed wrong, it will kill the caster. If performed right, the ritual brings the dead back to life. When Cedric is killed, what is Harry to do, knowing he can save Cedric but will be in grave danger if he does. Luna is the one he turns to for advice.
